胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告中描绘了新的历史条件下,继续全面建设小康社会,加强社会主义现代化建设的宏伟蓝图。夺取全面建设小康社会新胜利,谱写人民美好生活新篇章,难点和关键在农村。而作为农业发展、农村和谐、农民致富带头人的农村党支部书记、村委主任的所思所想、所作所为,将直接关系到十七大精神在农村的贯彻落实,直接关系到社会主义新农村建设的进程。本刊2008年第1期推出《我的2008,我村的2008》专题策划,旨在振奋精神,鼓足干劲,交流经验,互相学习,把社会主义新农村建设推向一个新的高潮。当然,规划也好,计划也罢,只是写在纸上的东西,关键是实事要实干,好事要办好,年底给村民一份满意的答卷。历史又翻开了新的一页。历史也将记住《我的2008,我村的2008》。
