采用流变仪测定聚维酮K30的流变曲线、屈服值和触变性,考察了测定温度对样品流变学性质的影响。通过试验确定用流变仪测定聚维酮K30黏度的温度为(25±0.1)℃、剪切应力为0.2 Pa,测得样品溶液和溶剂水的动力黏度,通过计算可得样品的相对黏度和K值。本法操作简捷、准确、适用性广、重现性好。相比传统的乌氏毛细管黏度计法,本法中流变仪温控系统可快速精准地控制样品达到预定温度,精度可达0.01℃;除配制、添加样品外,其余操作均由仪器自动完成,减少了手工操作和人为判断引起的实验误差。
The rheological curve, yield value and thixotropy of Povidone K30 were measured by rheometer. The influence of the measured temperature on the rheological properties of the sample was investigated. The viscosity of P30 was determined by the rheometer. The viscosity of P30 was measured at 25 ± 0.1 ℃ and the shear stress was 0.2 Pa.
