虽然领导和管理概念不同,但在实践中二者职能常常发生混淆,从而导致领导职能难以有效发挥。本文通过领导职能模型的创建,对领导与管理的职能进行对比,进而总结出领导者与管理者在职能范围,职能动因与结果导向上的差异。
Although the concepts of leadership and management are different, the functions of the two are often confused in practice, which makes it difficult for the leadership function to effectively play its role. This paper compares the functions of leadership and management through the creation of the leadership function model, and then sums up the differences between the leader and manager in terms of functional scope, functional motivation and result orientation.
