在离体条件下测试了81株芽孢杆菌分离物抑制番茄青枯病菌的能力,有4个菌株(B2、B5、B7和BS)显示了较好的抑菌效果,经细菌生物学性状、Biolog和16S rDNA序列分析,B2菌株鉴定为短短小芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus brevis),B5、B7 和B8鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。在温室环境中,4个菌株都能不同程度的促进灭菌土和自然土的番茄生长, 并能减轻番茄青枯病的发生。B2菌株显示了显著的抑菌作用,在灭菌土和自然土中分别降低了80.0%和87.4%的番茄青枯病发生率。
Eight strains (B2, B5, B7 and BS) of Bacillus isolates were tested for their ability to inhibit R. solanacearum in vitro. And 16S rDNA sequence analysis, B2 strain was identified as Brevibacillus brevis, B5, B7 and B8 were identified as Bacillus subtilis. In the greenhouse environment, the four strains can promote the growth of tomato in sterilized soil and natural soil to varying degrees, and can reduce the occurrence of tomato bacterial wilt. The B2 strain showed a significant bacteriostatic effect, reducing the incidence of tomato bacterial wilt by 80.0% and 87.4% in sterilized and natural soils, respectively.
