蔷薇科植物日本木瓜(Chaenomeles japonica)为分布在朝鲜半岛南部的一种小型灌木,其果实被用作健胃剂和收敛剂。本次从其根中分离得到1个新的酰化三萜化合物。 干燥的日本木瓜根(2.2kg)用甲醇室温提取3次,将甲醇提取物减压回收至干,用水分散后,依次用正己烷、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取。将二氯甲烷提取部分(3.4g)上硅胶柱,用正己烷-乙酸乙酯梯度洗脱,得到38个部分。第14、30部分在甲醇中结晶得到熊果酸和齐墩果酸的混合物 Rosaceae Chaenomeles japonica is a small shrub located in the southern part of the Korean peninsula. Its fruit is used as stomachic and astringent. A new acylated triterpene compound was isolated from its roots this time. The dried Japanese papaya root (2.2 kg) was extracted with methanol three times at room temperature, and the methanol extract was recovered to dryness under reduced pressure, and after being dispersed with water, the mixture was extracted with n-hexane, methylene chloride, ethyl acetate and n-butanol in that order. The dichloromethane extract fraction (3.4 g) was applied to a silica gel column eluting with a gradient of n-hexane-ethyl acetate to give 38 fractions. Sections 14 and 30 are crystallized in methanol to give a mixture of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid
