本文介绍了宽度不变的抛物线叶片弹簧和梯形断面弹簧刚度的计算方法,以及少片弹簧应力的计算方法。探讨了少片弹簧参数的优选,并以重量最轻为目标函数进行了优化设计,而后举出实例进行计算。通过实测值和计算值的对比,证实了采用本方法设计少片弹簧可获得最佳方案,且计算精度高、简便。
In this paper, the method of calculating the spring constant of parabolic and trapezoidal sections with constant width is introduced, and the method of calculating the spring stress of a few pieces of spring is introduced. Discussed the optimization of the piece spring parameters, and optimized the design with the lightest weight as the objective function, and then gave an example to calculate. Through the comparison of the measured value and the calculated value, it is confirmed that the optimal scheme can be obtained by using the method to design a small piece of spring, and the calculation precision is high and simple.
