目的:对全程健康教育模式在高血压糖尿病护理管理中的作用予以探讨。方法:随机选取我院2011年1月至2013年12月间收治的高血压糖尿病患者136例,均分为两组,分别作为对照组与观察组,对对照组患者实施常规的健康教育护理,对观察组患者实施全程健康教育护理,对两组患者的护理满意度及血糖水平的变化情况进行对比分析。结果:对照组患者的血糖改善总有效率为57.4%,观察组患者的血糖改善总有效率为75.0%,两组患者具有明显的差异,并且P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者的护理满意度为85.3%,对照组患者的护理满意度为64.7%,两组患者的护理满意度具有明显差异,并且差异具有统计学意义。结论:将全程健康教育模式应用于高血压糖尿病患者的护理管理中,能够有效提升患者的护理质量与护理满意度,值得在临床应用中推广。
Objective: To explore the role of full health education in hypertensive diabetes care management. Methods: A total of 136 hypertensive diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were randomly selected and divided into two groups. The two groups were used as control group and observation group, respectively. The control group received routine health education and nursing, In the observation group, the whole course of health education and nursing was carried out. The nursing satisfaction and the changes of blood glucose level in the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of blood glucose control was 57.4% in control group and 75.0% in observation group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. In observation group The nursing satisfaction was 85.3% in the control group and 64.7% in the control group. There was a significant difference in the nursing satisfaction between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Applying the whole model of health education in the nursing management of hypertensive diabetic patients can effectively improve the quality of patient care and nursing satisfaction, which is worth to be popularized in clinical application.
