随着市场经济的逐步完善和经济全球化进程的加快,标准化在推动经济和社会快速发展方面越来越显示出其不可替代的重要作用。我国企业如何提高标准化实施有效性,已成为迫切需要解决的问题。本文认为我国企业应提升标准化绩效考核控制功能,突出绩效循环管理来确保企业标准化有效实施和改进。 With the gradual improvement of market economy and the acceleration of economic globalization, standardization has increasingly shown its irreplaceable and important role in promoting rapid economic and social development. How to improve the effectiveness of standardization implementation in our country has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper argues that Chinese enterprises should enhance the standardization of performance appraisal control function, highlighting the performance cycle management to ensure the effective implementation and improvement of enterprise standardization.
