最近几年,由于我国经济的快速发展,建筑行业发展迅猛,同时建筑市场的竞争力度越来越激烈。为了在竞争如此激烈的市场环境中占有一席之地,建筑企业需要加大施工管理力度,不断提高房屋建筑工程建设质量。随着时代的进步,建筑企业应该顺应时代发展的潮流,不断改进管理方法,对于施工质量管理过程中存在的不足与缺陷,对管理措施的有效落实起到了一定的限制作用。因此,只有全面分析并掌握建筑工程施工质量过程中存在的问题,并找出有效的解决措施,才能保证建筑工程工程又好又快的发展。
In recent years, due to the rapid economic development in our country, the construction industry has developed rapidly. At the same time, the competition in the construction market has become increasingly fierce. In order to compete in such a fierce market place, construction companies need to increase construction management, and constantly improve the quality of housing construction. With the progress of the times, the construction enterprises should conform to the trend of development of the times and constantly improve the methods of management, which have some limitations on the effective implementation of the management measures in the construction quality management. Therefore, only by comprehensively analyzing and grasping the problems existing in the construction quality of construction projects and finding effective solutions can the sound and rapid development of construction projects be guaranteed.
