氧气顶吹转炉炼钢法目前已有很大的发展,在国外文献中也有很多报道。为了进一步了解氧气转炉吹炼过程中冶金反应的特点和规律,为以后工业生产提供一些参数,我们在1963年7~10月进行了系统的试验研究。以后又在1964年4月进行了补充试验,试验研究工作是结合我们具体条件进行的。考虑到实际操作中喷枪制度对冶炼过程有较大的影响,进行了喷枪制度的试验。结合石钢生铁含锰量极低的情况,进行了吹炼不同含锰量铁水的试验。此外,还对控制高碳出钢的方法进行了探索。
Oxygen top-blown converter steelmaking method has been a great development, there are many reports in foreign literature. In order to further understand the characteristics and rules of the metallurgical reaction in the oxygen converter blowing process, and to provide some parameters for the future industrial production, we conducted a systematic experimental study from July to October 1963. Later in April 1964 a supplementary test was carried out, the experimental research work is carried out in combination with our specific conditions. Combined with very low manganese steel pig iron case, the blowing of different amounts of manganese content of hot metal test. In addition, the control of high carbon tapping method was explored.
