随着经济社会发展的不断进步,我国普遍实现了政务电子化覆盖,但在电子技术不断发展与社会环境高速变革的今天,电子政务有了新的发展方向和提升目标——智慧政务。本文简述了智慧政务较电子政务有所发展的几个方面,以及从电子政务向智慧政务转变的努力方向。 With the continuous progress of economic and social development, China has generally realized the electronic coverage of government affairs. However, with the continuous development of electronic technology and the rapid changes of social environment, e-government has a new direction of development and promotion of the goal of “smart government.” This article outlines several aspects of the development of smart government as compared with e-government, as well as the direction of efforts to transform from e-government to smart government.
