目的:建立养血调经合剂的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对养血调经合剂中川牛膝、陈皮、延胡索进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中丹酚酸B的含量。结果:供试品溶液薄层色谱中川牛膝、陈皮、延胡索在与对照药材溶液色谱相应位置上显相同颜色的斑点;丹酚酸B在0.101 7~1.01 7μg进样量范围内与其峰面积积分呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0);丹酚酸B平均回收率为98.20%,RSD=0.68%。结论:该方法准确可靠,专属性强,重现性好,可有效控制养血调经合剂的质量。
Objective: To establish a quality control method for nourishing blood and regulating menstruation. Methods: TLC method was used for the qualitative identification of Nakagawa Akebia, Citrus rehmanniae and Corydalis yanshi. The content of salvianolic acid B in the preparations was determined by HPLC. Results: TLC samples of the test solution Achyranthes, dried tangerine peel, furazan in the same position with the reference drug solution chromatographic color spots were the same; salvianolic acid B in 0.101 7 ~ 1.01 7μg injection volume range and its peak area integral (R = 1.0). The average recovery of salvianolic acid B was 98.20% with RSD 0.68%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable, specific and reproducible, which can effectively control the quality of Yangjing Tiaojing Mixture.
