一、前言封闭层是防治铁路基床翻浆泥冒泥方法之一,而选用什么材料做封闭层,是目前全国尚在研究的课题。广州局在1969年8月试铺了一段氯丁橡胶板封闭层,1980年开始扩大试铺范围,到1983年止用于整治基床病害而铺设的氯丁橡胶板共有28段,延长5.4公里。其中整治基床翻浆冒泥有22段,延长5.0公里。经过使用实践效果良好。近三年来,有些铁路局也开始使用氯丁橡胶做封闭层,目前全国共铺设17公里。
