现代社会是法制社会,人们保护自己的主要武器便是法律。因此,加强对未成年人的法制教育,就成了未成年人思想道德建设工程中的一个重要组成部分。然而,目前我国的中小学法制教育普遍存在方法呆板枯燥、内容脱离中小学生生活和学习实际、缺乏实效性等问题,导致学生被动地接受法制教育,这样不但未能提高学生的法制意识,甚至还造成了学生以消极方式抵触,从而背离了学校开展法制教育的初衷。开发新的学校法制教育资源势在必行。
