去年,我们开始搞低镍量铁基合金镀工艺,以修复在高温条件下或在腐蚀介质中工作的某些磨损零件,如某些化工机械零件、船用挂浆轴等,效果良好。铁和镍是同族元素,电极电位比较接近,较易得到铁镍二元合金镀层。铁镍合金近几年来在国外发展较快,但国外多数属装饰性镀层,含镍量较高,成本也高。我们根据工件的不同要求,采用含镍量为2~4%的合金镀层,可基本满足修复的需要。

We according to the different requirements of the workpiece, the use of nickel content of 2 to 4% of the alloy coating, can basically meet the needs of repair.
