以一种3-UPS并联机床为对象,研究了其工作空间的特点,并分别分析了驱动杆的长度变化范围和驱动杆两端铰链点的转角变化范围对工作空间形状的影响情况。通过研究其驱动杆的结构参数对机床工作空间的影响所得的结论,对于确定此并联机床的工作空间形状,以及根据工作空间的大小进行机床的结构尺寸设计都具有重要意义。
Taking a 3-UPS parallel machine tool as an example, the characteristics of its working space are studied. The influence of the range of the length of the driving rod and the range of the turning angle of the hinge point on the shape of the working space are analyzed respectively. Through the study of the effect of the structural parameters of the driving rod on the working space of the machine tool, it is of great significance to determine the shape of the working space of the parallel machine tool and to design the structural dimensions of the machine tool according to the size of the working space.
