The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Apagiaqi Lulugan dry molybdenum-copper deposit is a medium-sized porphyry deposit newly discovered in recent years in the Erlian-Dongwuqi metallogenic belt of Inner Mongolia. The ore body mainly exists in two long granite Porphyry and Permian sedimentary formations. The geochemical exploration work found that the abnormal morphology of the ore-forming elements Ag, Pb, Zn, Cu, Mo and W is complex, there are many concentration centers, which are generally distributed in the NE direction, and the centers of anomalous concentrations of elements coincide with each other and the elements are well nested. The formation of ore bodies is related to the alteration of silicification, potashization and sericite alteration. The mineralization and tectonism, magmatic activity and ore-forming hydrothermal activity are closely related. This paper summarizes the geological and geochemical characteristics of the deposit on the basis of its metallogenic regularity, to provide reference for prospecting for the next step in this area.
