目的了解系统性红班狼疮(SLE)阳性细胞与抗核抗体(ANA)、抗双链DNA(ds-DNA)抗体与抗Sm抗体的关系。方法筛选我院2004年1月—2008年12月住院和门诊SLE患者165例,清晨空腹抽取静脉血3ml二支,置于无抗凝剂一次性干燥玻璃试管中,3h内进行红斑狼疮(SLE)细胞的查找,4h内用免疫印迹法(IBT)和间接免疫荧光技术(ⅡF)分别检测抗Sm抗体和ds-DNA抗体、ANA。结果165例患者均查找到SLE阳性细胞,ANA阳性158例,占95.7%、ds-DNA阳性112例,占67.8%、抗Sm抗体阳性51例,占30.9%,三项抗体同时阳性的48例,占21.3%,全部阴性4例,占2.4%。结论红斑狼疮细胞(LEC)对系统性红斑狼疮的诊断具有重要意义,但并没有特异性,以上结果可知检出狼疮细胞并不能完全确诊为系统性红斑狼疮性疾病。
Objective To investigate the relationship between systemic anti-SLE positive cells and anti-nuclear antibody (ANA), anti-dsDNA (ds-DNA) antibodies and anti-Sm antibodies. Methods 165 cases of hospitalized and outpatient SLE patients in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2008 were screened, and 3 ml of venous blood were drawn in the morning for fasting. The samples were placed in disposable glass tubes without anticoagulant, and were treated with SLE ) Cells were detected, within 4h Western blotting (IBT) and indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) were detected anti-Sm antibody and ds-DNA antibody, ANA. Results SLE positive cells were found in 165 cases. ANA was positive in 158 cases (95.7%), ds-DNA was positive in 112 cases (67.8%), anti-Sm antibody was positive in 51 cases (30.9%), and the three antibodies were positive in 48 cases , Accounting for 21.3%, all negative in 4 cases, accounting for 2.4%. Conclusions Lupus erythematosus cells (LECs) are of great importance to the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), but they are not specific. The above results indicate that lupus cells can not be completely diagnosed as systemic lupus erythematosus disease.
