采用女性口腔粘膜上皮细胞作为X染色质标本的制片材料,分别用姬姆萨染色法、甲苯胺蓝染色法、冰醋酸龙胆紫染色法、改良苯酚品红染色法进行染色,对实验结果进行比较发现姬姆萨染色法最为理想,其染色效果最清晰,且阳性率最高.
