我国旅游业的进一步发展壮大,已经成为我国经济发展的支柱性产业之一。旅游企业对于专业人才的素质要求除了专业知识以外,越来越注重专业技能。为了更好地顺应目前区域旅游业发展的需求,培养符合企业要求的人才,越来越多的学校开展校企合作,有针对性的为企业培养人才。社团,作为在校学生开展课外知识学习、拓展专业技能训练的重要载体,越来越发挥它举足轻重的作用,同时也将成为校、企之间进行合作非常重要和有效的桥梁。
The further development and expansion of China’s tourism industry has become one of the pillar industries in China’s economic development. Tourism enterprises for the quality requirements of professionals in addition to professional knowledge, more and more emphasis on professional skills. In order to better meet the needs of the current development of the tourism industry in the region and cultivate qualified personnel in line with the requirements of the enterprises, more and more schools carry out the cooperation between schools and enterprises so as to train qualified personnel for the enterprises.
