为了提高汽车前地板后段拉延成形件的成形品质,借助有限元软件Auto Form,建立零件拉延成形过程的有限元模型进行数值模拟。采用正交试验设计和数值模拟相结合的方法,对拉延成形工艺参数进行优化。在数值模拟分析中,以零件的最大减薄率作为开裂指标,以最大起皱准则作为起皱指标,最后采用多目标优化方法得出最优的工艺参数组合。并将得到的最优参数进行实验验证,实验结果表明,本文提出的方法可以有效地控制汽车前地板后段零件拉延成形的开裂和起皱缺陷。
In order to improve the forming quality of the drawing forming parts in the rear of the car front floor, a finite element model of the drawing forming process was established by means of the finite element software Auto Form. Orthogonal experimental design and numerical simulation are used to optimize the drawing process parameters. In the numerical simulation analysis, the maximum reduction rate of the parts is taken as the cracking index, the maximum wrinkling criterion is taken as the wrinkling index, and the optimal combination of process parameters is obtained by the multi-objective optimization method. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively control the cracking and wrinkling of the drawing of the rear part of the car front floor.
