制造了薄层多电极安培检测器,用循环伏安法和流动注射动态伏安图考察了检测器中不同电极排列方式的影响。在固定电位检测时,对极置于工作电极对面具有较高的灵敏度,但充电电流大(电容值高达0.81μF),不适于伏安检测。反相色谱分离电化学检测了五种儿茶酚胺化合物,检出限可达10pg,重复进样13次(样品浓度10ng),相对标准偏差小于4%。电极连续使用8小时,峰高几乎不变。
A thin-layer multi-electrode amperometric detector was fabricated. The influence of different electrode arrangement in the detector was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and flow-injection dynamic voltammetry. In the fixed potential test, the pole is located opposite the working electrode with high sensitivity, but the charging current (capacitance value up to 0.81μF), not suitable for voltammetry. Five kinds of catecholamines were detected by reversed-phase chromatography and electrochemistry. The detection limits were up to 10pg and 13 repeated injections (10ng sample concentration) with the relative standard deviation of less than 4%. Continuous use of the electrode 8 hours, peak height almost unchanged.
