目的运用计算机配色技术实现对中药复方散剂如意金黄散安慰剂制备时颜色的快速模拟及客观评价,为中药复方安慰剂颜色的模拟提供一种新的方法和思路。方法以如意金黄散安慰剂的研制为例,运用计算机配色技术建立着色剂样品颜色参数(L、a*、b*)与相应质量分数的数学模型,通过数据拟合及牛顿迭代法实现对着色剂质量分数的求解;采用颜色综合评价指标(ΔE)为客观评价标准,对验证试验结果进行评价。结果色差仪测定模型药物如意金黄散的颜色参数L、a*、b*均值分别为68.302 5、4.079 5、34.484 0,计算机建模并求解出安慰剂模拟时柠檬黄、苋菜红、亮蓝3种着色剂应添加的质量分数分别为0.837 3%、0.045 8%、0.008 5%;制备3批如意金黄散安慰剂进行验证,验证样品与模型药物的颜色差异综合评价指标(ΔE)值为2.750 0±0.353 6,肉眼直观评价也显示与模型药物基本一致。结论计算机配色技术能够快速模拟中药复方如意金黄散安慰剂的颜色,可应用于中药复方安慰剂的颜色模拟。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a new method and idea for simulating the color of placebo in traditional Chinese medicine by computer colorimetric technique to simulate and objectively evaluate the color of traditional Chinese medicine powder. Methods Taking Ruguang golden powder as placebo for example, the mathematical model of color parameter (L, a *, b *) and corresponding mass fraction of colorant samples was established by using computer color matching technology. The color matching was achieved by data fitting and Newton iteration The solution of the mass fraction of the agent was evaluated. The color comprehensive evaluation index (ΔE) was used as the objective evaluation criterion to evaluate the verification test results. Results The color parameters L, a * and b * of the model drug Rujin golden powder were 68.302 5, 4.079 5 and 34.484 0, respectively. Conclusion The computer color matching technology can simulate the color of Chinese medicine compound Ruyi Jinshuang San placebo rapidly and can be applied to the color simulation of placebo of traditional Chinese medicine.
