以狭叶番泻枝条为试材,采用组织培养的方法,研究不同培养基对狭叶番泻不定芽诱导、增殖、生根诱导以及移栽基质对移栽存活率高低的影响。结果表明:以MS为基本培养基,添加2.0mg/L TDZ+0.1mg/L NAA对不定芽的诱导效果较佳,添加2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.05mg/L NAA对不定芽的增殖效果最佳,每外植体长出不定芽(12.6±0.64)个;而生根诱导以1/2MS+2.0mg/L IBA+1%(w/v)活性碳的效果最好,生根诱导率达58.5%。以黄土和泥炭土为基质,移栽成活率为73.7%,移栽苗与种子苗在田间生长表现无明显差异。该研究为狭叶番泻植株扩繁提供了理论基础。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different media on the induction, proliferation, root induction and the transplanting survival rate of transplanted senna adventitious buds.
