目的探讨学校食物中毒防控的关键环节指标,为采取相应的监管对策提供科学依据。方法选择35名专家进行2轮Delphi专家咨询法,根据指标重要性赋值得分,确定学校食物中毒防控的关键环节指标及其权重。结果 35名咨询专家的平均专业工作经历为(20.60±6.78)a,2轮的应答率均为100%,权威系数均为0.91±0.07,Kendall协调系数分别为0.575,0.850,差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为362.206,535.374,P值均<0.01)。确定了学校食物中毒防控3类15个关键环节指标,以及各项指标的权重。结论 Delphi专家咨询法是构建学校食物中毒防控关键环节的有效方法,可为进一步采取相应的监管措施提供依据。
Objective To explore the key indicators of school food poisoning prevention and control, and provide scientific evidence for the corresponding regulatory measures. Methods 35 experts were selected to carry out 2 Delphi expert consultation methods. According to the score of the importance of indicators, the key indicators and their weights of school food poisoning prevention and control were determined. Results The average professional working experience of 35 consultants was (20.60 ± 6.78) a, the response rate of two rounds was 100%, the authority coefficient was 0.91 ± 0.07, and the Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.575 and 0.850, respectively. The differences were statistically significant Significance (χ2 values were 362.206,535.374, P values were <0.01). The school identified 15 key indicators of three types of food poisoning prevention and control, as well as the weight of the indicators. Conclusion The Delphi expert consultation method is an effective way to construct the key link of school food poisoning prevention and control, which can provide the basis for further taking corresponding regulatory measures.
