光呼吸的化学控制是目前颇受重视的课题。如今已知道有几种化学药剂对光呼吸有影响,2,3—环氧丙酸(H—(?)—COOH)即是其中之一。为探讨低能耗最优化生产的高光效栽培方式,寻找水稻空秕粒形成的原因及其控制途径,为增产措施提供依据,我们近五年(1978—1982)对大田杂交稻,常规稻进行了光呼吸抑制剂的应用研究,发现亚硫酸氢钠对稻谷具有早熟增产的作用。近四年(1979—1982)应用2,3—环氧丙酸及其钾盐进行试验,亦获得类似上述的效应。现将这一试验结果报告如下:
