近年来,随着竞技体育的市场化改革,我国体育事业在国家、市场和社会的多元力量的推动下得到了长足的进步。但是由于国家、市场和社会在运动员的福利供给上存在偏好的一致性,导致了运动项目之间,地区之间运动员福利供给的两极分化和双重再生产,造成了体育项目之间和地区之间发展的结构性失衡。因此重新定位和协调国家与市场的关系,在运动员福利供给上通过制定体育领域的公共政策,促进优秀运动员的合理流动和体育事业在项目结构和地区之间的均衡发展十分必要。
