细胞色素P450超基因家族广泛参与植物的各类生命活动,包括植物对病原菌的防卫反应.我们在植物病原菌诱导基因的DD-PCR分析时,分离到一个受病原菌侵染诱导的水稻cDNA片段.水稻基因组公布后,发现该片段位于1个包含7个P450 CYP72A基因(CYP72A17-23)的基因簇的保守部分.以此片段搜索水稻数据库发现,水稻CYP72A家族有14个成员,这14个蛋白质之间的差异主要在N端,C端则同源性很高.我们分别对该基因簇的7个成员进行了表达特性分析,发现其中CYP72A18,19,22和23的表达受稻瘟病菌侵染的调节,而且在抗、感植株中的表达存在明显差异.除CYP72A20外,其余6个CYP72A基因均具有发育和组织特异性表达的特征.CYP72A20在所有研究中均检测不到信号,可能为一个假基因.这些发现为水稻P450基因功能的研究提供了新的资料.
