自动焊接在我国各个工业部门已经得到日益广泛的运用,但在焊接生产中所必需的助熔剂,由于经常供应不足,目前还远远不能满足生产的需要。现在我厂在自动和半自动焊接的生产中运用不熔炼助熔剂,克服了助熔剂供不应求的情况。我厂生产的不熔炼助熔剂是以K—2为基础的配方,厂的编号为1700,配方比例见表1。在所有原材料中,除二氧化钛和水玻璃以外,其余都先要经过清洗、烘干,然后用颚式破碎机粉碎(颗粒小于15公厘),再经过研磨机细碎,过筛,以得到所要求的粒度。
Automatic welding has been widely used in various industrial sectors in our country.
