苦参为常用中药。有清热、燥湿、杀虫的功能,近年研究证明有抗心率失常、抗病原体、抗肿痛和升白细胞、利尿、平喘等多种生物活性。苦参中含有苦参碱、氧化苦参碱等多种生物碱,是苦参的主要有效成分。苦参总碱的含量与炮制加工方法有关。由于各地炮制方法和工艺不同,炮制品中苦参总碱的含量亦有较大差异。本实验试图探讨不同切片加工方法对苦参中苦参总碱含量变化的影响。实验部分一、样品制备鲜苦参:系在山东莱阳八月份采集的野生苦参,去净茎枝泥土供用。经鉴定为豆科植物苦参Sophora flavescens Ait.的根。样品1:鲜苦参直接切片,晒干。
Sophora flavescens is a common Chinese medicine. With heat, dampness, and insecticidal functions, recent studies have demonstrated a variety of biological activities such as anti-arrhythmia, anti-pathogens, anti-swelling, and leukopenia, diuresis, and asthma. Sophora flavescens contains various alkaloids such as matrine and oxymatrine, which are the main active ingredients of Sophora flavescens. The total alkaloid content of Sophora flavescens is related to the processing method. Due to the differences in processing methods and techniques in different regions, the content of total alkaloids in Sophora flavescens also differs greatly. This experiment attempted to investigate the effects of different slicing methods on the total alkaloid content of Sophora flavescens. Experimental Part I. Sample Preparation of Fresh Sophora flavescens: Wild Sophora flavescens collected in August in Laiyang, Shandong Province, and net stem and shoot soil were used for the purpose. It was identified as the root of Sophora flavescens Ait. Sample 1: Directly sliced fresh sophora flavescens, dried in the sun.
