随着事业单位改革提上日程,核地勘单位改革也拉开了帷幕。核地勘单位在多次改革中仍然承担着为国防建设和核电发展寻找铀矿战略资源的任务,开展综合找矿,相关产业走向市场,使这支核地勘队伍得以生存和发展。但在发展中也面临着铀矿项目少、投资不足,综合找矿没有突破性成果;相关产业在夹缝中生存,经济规模小;队伍老化,人才缺乏;基地建设落后等影响和制约了快速发展。对策和建议:一切从有利于国防建设和核电发展需要出发,确立核地勘单位承担国家战略资源勘探的职责;深化核地勘管理体制改革,创新核地勘工作运作机制;理清思路,确定重点,实现铀矿勘查新突破;精干队伍,轻装前进;加快人才培养,全面落实科学发展观,实现核地勘单位快速发展。
With the institution reform put on the agenda, the reform of nuclear geological survey units also kicked off.
