国内目前对行政管理领域的研究多是定性和描述性的,缺乏实证研究所具备的可信度,而西方发达国家行政管理学科的发展已较成熟,并且更多采用实证研究。因此,有必要将国内外这方面的研究加以对比,找出不足之处,以有助于我国行政管理的量化研究。然而行政管理内容繁多,只能就该领域某一方面的量化研究进行比较和探讨。本文将以电子绩效及服务满意度的研究为例来探讨国内外行政管理领域实证研究的发展。
At present, the research on administrative management in our country is mostly qualitative and descriptive, lacking the credibility of empirical research, and the developed western administrative disciplines are more mature, and more empirical research is used. Therefore, it is necessary to compare the research at home and abroad in this area and identify the shortcomings so as to contribute to the quantitative research of our country’s administration. However, the content of administration is numerous and can only be compared and discussed in quantitative research in one aspect of the field. This article will take electronic performance and service satisfaction as an example to explore the development of empirical research in the field of administration at home and abroad.
