双语教学改革能否成功,取决于:①政府政策的支持;②学校领导的重视;③合格的师资;④外语水平适合的学生;⑤适合国情的教材;⑥浓厚的双语教学环境;⑦双语教学的连贯性等诸多因素。本文拟就我国双语教学的师资培养问题展开探讨,以探索出一条符合我国国情的双语教学师资培养之路。 The success of bilingual teaching reform depends on: ① government policy support; ② school leadership’s emphasis; ③ qualified teachers; ④ foreign language proficiency students; ⑤ suitable for the national teaching materials; ⑥ strong bilingual teaching environment; Coherence and many other factors. This article intends to explore the cultivation of teachers in bilingual teaching in our country so as to explore a way of training bilingual teachers in line with China’s national conditions.
