固态电子继电器是一种控制端与负载端相互电隔离的四端功率元件。由于具有驱动功率小的特点,故外接无源敏感元件可组成固态压力、气敏、磁敏等各种继电器。本文详细讨论了这种新型元件的工作原理及主要特点,介绍了几种应用电路及应注意的问题。
Solid state electronic relay is a control terminal and the load side of the four-terminal power components isolated from each other. Due to the characteristics of small driving power, external passive components can be composed of solid-state pressure, gas, magnetic and other relays. This paper discusses in detail the working principle and the main features of this new type of component, describes several application circuits and should pay attention to the problem.
