酒店顶岗实习是酒店管理专业实践教学必不可少的过程,也是学生职业能力提升的关键环节。笔者结合国家高职教育改革的一些重要举措和酒店管理专业人才培养目标,通过对酒店管理专业顶岗实习现状和问题的深入剖析,从学校、学生、企业三方入手,探索出符合酒店专业人才培养目标的顶岗实习效能提升策略。 Hotel internship is the hotel management professional practice teaching essential process, but also the key link to enhance students’ professional ability. Based on some important measures of national higher vocational education reform and goal of training hotel management professionals, the author analyzes the status quo and problems of in-service internship in hotel management profession from three aspects: schools, students and enterprises, and explores the objectives of hotel professional training Internship performance improvement strategy.
