随着经济不断发展,消费者对企业产品质量也提出了更高的要求。持续改进成为了企业在激烈的市场竞争中的制胜法宝,但由于多方面因素的影响,大部分企业被动或主动地将持续改进的理念束之高阁,在思维定势下将自身推入日渐消亡的泥潭。本文通过运用博弈模型对企业相关互动因素进行分析,来探究推行持续改进活动困难重重的原因,并给出相关解决措施。
With the continuous economic development, consumers have put forward higher requirements on the quality of their products. Continuous improvement has become a magic weapon for enterprises in the fierce competition in the market, but due to many factors, most enterprises passively or actively put forward the concept of continuous improvement and put themselves in the quagmire of thinking in an increasingly dead end . In this paper, by using the game model to analyze the relevant interactive factors in enterprises, we can explore the reasons for the difficulties in carrying out continuous improvement activities and provide relevant solutions.
