本文用因子Ⅷ相关抗原免疫组化(S-P)方法观察了转移及非转移鼻咽癌组织的微血管,并用甲苯胺蓝法观察了其肥大细胞数量。结果表明:转移组微血管数目、肥大细胞的数量均高于非转移组(P<0;05,P<0.01),肿瘤局部肥大细胞数量与新生血管数目呈正相关关系(r=0.905)。结果提示:鼻咽癌组织内血管生成与其转移密切相关,肥大细胞数量与肿瘤血管生成关系密切。
In this study, the microvessels of metastatic and non-metastatic NPC tissues were observed by factor Ⅷ-associated antigen immunohistochemistry (S-P). The number of mast cells was observed by toluidine blue staining. The results showed that the number of microvessels and mast cells in the metastatic group were significantly higher than those in the non-metastatic group (P <0; 05, P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between the number of tumorous mast cells and the number of neovascular vessels (r = 0.905 ). The results suggest that angiogenesis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma is closely related to its metastasis, and the number of mast cells is closely related to tumor angiogenesis.
