分析了活塞式空气动力发动机的工作原理与过程。针对进、排气量对发动机转速的影响,采用电磁直接驱动进、排气门的方式控制工作气缸的气量,提出了一种新的转速控制策略实现对发动机转速控制。建立了空气动力发动机控制系统实验模型,对控制效果进行实验研究和验证。实验结果表明,在转速变化时,控制系统具有良好的实时跟踪和响应特性,在转速变化不大时,优于传统的控制方式。为进一步的深入研究,针对实验中遇到的问题,也提出了对实验方法和控制策略的一些改进措施。
The working principle and process of piston aerodynamic engine are analyzed. Aiming at the influence of intake and exhaust volume on the engine speed, the air volume of the working cylinder is controlled by the electromagnetic direct drive and exhaust valves, and a new speed control strategy is proposed to control the engine speed. The experimental model of aerodynamic engine control system is established, and the control effect is experimentally studied and verified. The experimental results show that the control system has a good real-time tracking and response characteristics when the speed changes, and is superior to the traditional control mode when the speed changes little. For further in-depth study, for the problems encountered in the experiment, but also proposed some improvements on the experimental methods and control strategies.
