目的探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)检查对偏头痛发作期和发作间期血流动力学改变的临床意义。方法对偏头痛患者发作期和发作间期经颅多普勒检查结果进行对照研究。结果偏头痛发作期和发作间期脑血流调节复杂,表现各不一致,发作期间多表现为血流速度增快,发作间期血流速度变化不大。结论偏头痛发作期或间歇期经颅多普勒(TCD)均可检测到脑血管的血流动力学特征及反应性同时可推测脑血管的功能状态。经颅多普勒(TCD)检测异常率达83.3%,对偏头痛的诊断及指导临床用药有较大帮助。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of transcranial Doppler (TCD) examination on hemodynamic changes in migraine attacks and interictal periods. Methods The results of transcranial Doppler examination were compared between the onset and the intermission of migraineurs. Results The incidence of migraine and interictal cerebral blood flow regulation was complex, the performance of the inconsistencies, during the performance of the seizure more rapid blood flow, seizure interval blood flow did not change much. Conclusions Transcranial Doppler (TCD) can detect the hemodynamic characteristics and reactivity of cerebrovascular and predict the functional status of cerebrovascular at the same time. Transcranial Doppler (TCD) detection rate of 83.3% anomalies, the diagnosis of migraine and the guidance of clinical medication have a greater help.
