目的:通过科学合理的饮食治疗,降低糖尿病患者的血糖。方法:将142例2型糖尿病患者随机分成对照组和实验组,实验组的102例2型糖尿病患者在维持原来降糖药物的剂量及运动量的基础上,接受食品交换份的饮食治疗前后、测量空腹及餐后2小时血糖。对照组对40例2型糖尿病患者只给予药物及运动治疗。结果:食品交换份的饮食治疗后空腹及餐后2小时血糖明显降低。结论:食品交换份的饮食治疗后,有效降低了血糖,减少糖尿病患者并发症,提高了糖尿病患者的生活质量。
Objective: To reduce the blood sugar of diabetic patients through scientific and reasonable diet therapy. Methods: A total of 142 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. 102 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in the experimental group were measured before and after receiving the food-exchange diet Fasting and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose. The control group of 40 cases of type 2 diabetes patients only given medication and exercise therapy. Results: Fasting and postprandial blood glucose were significantly lower after food-swapping dietary therapy. Conclusion: After food-exchange diet treatment, it effectively reduces blood sugar, reduces the complications of diabetic patients and improves the quality of life of diabetic patients.
