Great Wall Motor Co. in 2010 introduced the Green 2.0T diesel engine (model GW4D20). The engine meets European Euro IV emission standard with a power up to 55kW and an increased torque of up to 155 N · m. It is rated as “China Heart” 2010 in terms of emission, power, noise and fuel consumption. Top Ten Engine of the Year This article introduces the Delphi electronically controlled high pressure common rail system of the GW4D20 diesel engine, the Variable Geometry Turbocharger system of BorgWarner and the EGR system of electronically controlled exhaust gas. 1 GW4D20 diesel engine’s main technical parameters
