本文考察了用MgO、CaO、NiO、TiO2、Fe2O3、P2O5、SiO2、F和La2O3改性的HM分子筛对甲苯-丙烯烷基化性能的影响.结果表明:MgO、CaO改性导致活性和异丙基甲苯选择性降低;NiO、TiO2、Fe2O3改性主要影响选择性;SiO2、La2O3改性在含量较低时基本不影响活性和选择性,含量高时活性降低,邻异丙基甲苯选择性增加.影响活性和选择性的主要因素可能是分子筛的骨架硅铝比和钠含量.
In this paper, the effects of HM zeolite modified by MgO, CaO, NiO, TiO2, Fe2O3, P2O5, SiO2, F and La2O3 on the alkylation of toluene with propylene were investigated. The results showed that the modification of MgO and CaO led to the decrease of the activity and the selectivity to cumene; the modification of NiO, TiO2 and Fe2O3 mainly influenced the selectivity; the modification of SiO2 and La2O3 did not affect the activity and selectivity basically when the content was low, High activity decreased, o-isopropyl toluene increased selectivity. The main factor affecting the activity and selectivity may be the molecular sieve framework Si-Al ratio and sodium content.
