近年来,我国房地产市场持续火热,加之普通老百姓对购房的刚性需求又进一步加热了房地产市场。老百姓在叫苦连篇的哀声中观望着政府对房地产的宏观调控政策,期望能遏制房地产市场的价格泡沫,保障老百姓的住房需求。本文通过梳理我国房地产宏观调控政策,分析我国政府房地产的宏观调控政策仍然无法有效抑制居高不下的房价的经济学原因,以期能对我国房地产宏观调控政策的调整有所建言。
In recent years, China’s real estate market continues to be hot, combined with the ordinary people buying the rigid demand further heated up the real estate market. Ordinary people cry in grievances watching the government’s macro-control policies on real estate, hoping to curb the price bubble in the real estate market to protect the housing needs of ordinary people. In this paper, by combing China’s real estate macro-control policy, analysis of China’s government real estate macro-control policies are still unable to effectively curb the economic reasons of high housing prices, with a view to China’s real estate macro-control policy adjustment suggestions.
