应用有限元理论和有限元方法,对运输包装件进行跌落试验数值仿真分析,计算得到不同工况下的冲击力学响应,并结合以往的环境试验结果,得出了缓冲包装的可靠性和包装件内部无法检测部件的环境适应性结论。还将理论仿真结果与模拟试验测量结果进行对比分析,计算结果与实测结果有较好得一致性,验证表明了数值模型和仿真方法的有效性。
