1994年12月16日至19日中国机电产品进出口商会在北京烟草大厦召开了“’95国际经济、贸易政策及进出口银行业务报告会”,参加会议的会员企业共计200余人。会上国务院研究室宏观经济研究司司长冯汉湘作了题为“当前经济形势和明年工作”的报告,中国进出口银行信贷部总经理王克敏、项目评审部总经理张观汉、保险部总经理何立分别作了题为“关于出口卖方信贷业务的介绍”、“关于出口卖方信贷项目评审业务介绍”、“关于出口信用保险业务的介绍”的报告,外经贸部办公厅副主任边振瑚作了“外贸体制改革及有关政策的调整”报告。现将有关中国进出口银行的报告内容刊出,目的是帮助企业在机电产品和成套设备出口中用足用好国家的出口金融政策,指导企业申办贷款业务,少走弯路,更好地扩大机电产品和成套设备出口。
December 16-19, 1994 China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products convened the ’95 International Economic and Trade Policy and the Import and Export Bank Business Report ’at the Beijing Tobacco Building. More than 200 member companies attended the conference. At the meeting, Feng Hanxiang, director of Macroeconomic Research Department of the State Council’s Research Office, delivered a speech titled “Current Economic Situation and Work Next Year”, with Wang Kemin, general manager of credit department of China Eximbank, Zhang Guanhan, general manager of project review department, and general manager of insurance department Respectively made a presentation entitled “Introduction to Export Sellers Credit Business”, “Introduction to Review Business of Export Sellers Credit Project”, “Introduction to Export Credit Insurance Business”, Deputy Director of the General Office of the MOFTEC, Report on “Adjustment of Foreign Trade System and Relevant Policies”. The contents of the report on the Export-Import Bank of China are now published in order to help enterprises in exporting electromechanical products and complete sets of equipment to make full use of the country’s export financial policy and to guide enterprises to apply for the loan business with less detours to better expand the business of electromechanical Exports of products and complete sets of equipment.
