近几年,从中央到地方,对“三农”建设财政投入力度越来越大,下拨的涉农补助资金越来越多,却为有心之人提供了腐败的温床。近三年,老河口市检察机关受理群众举报涉农补助领域职务犯罪案件线索及立案查处数量均称大幅上升态势,大多系国家涉农政策落实过程中干部损害农民群众利益,从中谋取私利的行为,影响极为恶劣。本文将归纳总结老河口市涉农补助领域职务犯罪情况及特点,挖掘政策落实过程暴露出的问题,剖析职务犯罪易发的原因,在此基础上,探索预防对策。
In recent years, from the central government to local governments, more and more efforts have been made in the financial investment in the “three rural” construction.
