经长期对我厂球磨机进行实际考查和理论分析确认:工作转速偏低,长期处于半抛落状态下运转,大有潜力可挖,于是采取增大主动皮代轮直径的办法,改变减速比,提高了转速.我厂于1979年12月开始,对两台φ2400×1200球磨机的最佳工作转速进行探讨;采用瞎子爬山法,在生产实践中每向上爬一步,处理矿量提高一次.相反,每退半步处理量就明显下降,最后转速率由76%提高到88%,电机功率增加不大,处理矿量明显提高,认为球磨机已在较优工作转速条件下工作.
