本文运用文献资料法,搜集了大量的关于健美操身体能力训练的资料,得出良好的身体素质训练是竞技健美操训练的基础,本文针对青少年的力量、耐力、柔韧的训练方法进行了分析、总结,旨在提高竞技健美操身体素质训练的科学性。对健美操身体能力训练在高校及大众健身中的作用理念有一个客观的分析,为我国普通高校及社会健美操的持续发展提供参考建议。
In this paper, a lot of information about bodybuilding training of aerobics is collected by means of literature review. It is concluded that good physical training is the basis of competitive aerobics training. In this paper, the training methods of strength, endurance and flexibility for adolescents are analyzed, In conclusion, the aim is to improve the scientific quality of athletic calisthenics. There is an objective analysis of the role of aerobics physical training in college and mass fitness, which can provide reference for the sustainable development of ordinary colleges and social aerobics in China.
