行政态度是指国家公务员在行政活动中对某些事物或工作的评价和行为倾向。行政态度对公务员的行政行为具有很强的影响力 ,行政态度现象复杂主要表现在以下三个方面 :行政态度中的障碍与转变、行政态度中的悲观主义与乐观主义、行政态度中的自主性与依赖性。克服行政态度中的消极依赖性 ,增强自主性 ,是时代对公务员提出的最基本的要求。
Administrative attitude refers to the state civil servants in the administrative activities of certain things or work evaluation and behavioral tendencies. Administrative attitudes have a strong influence on civil servants’ administrative behaviors.
