流感和感冒能诱发慢性气管炎和肺炎多种疾病,为了保护工人健康,我们自1974年2月1日至3月31日在常州国棉一厂纺部开展流感和感冒的预防工作。一、药物组成复方桂枝气雾剂是由桂枝和华荠苎组成。生药由常州市药材公司供应。经南京植物研究所的鉴定:桂枝是樟科植物桂树(Cinamomum Cassie B1.)的嫩枝。华荠苎是唇形科植物华荠苎(Mosla chineusisMaxim)。桂技有发汗解肌、温经通络、通阳去瘀的作用。文献报告桂枝对流感病毒有抑制作用。华荠苎具解表、理气、清暑。和利尿作用。亦有文献报告对亚洲甲型流感病毒有抑制作用。并谓桂枝和华荠苎的主要成份均为挥发油,因此我们提取这二种生药中的挥发油,组成复方并制成气雾剂供试。
